Cancel contract

You can use this form to notify us within 14 days of the booking date that you wish to cancel a booking or order made on our websites. Please provide your name, the booking or order number, and an email address for the confirmation of receipt. If you wish to cancel only part of the booking, please note this in the free-text field.

Once you have submitted the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. This confirms that we have received your notice, but does not yet constitute a decision as to whether a statutory right of cancellation applies. We will review your enquiry and then inform you whether cancellation is possible and what further steps are required.

For many of our offers, there is no statutory right of cancellation — in particular for accommodation bookings, activity bookings, ski passes and other tickets for a specific date or period. We will check whether this applies to your booking once we have received your notice.
