Cancel contract

You can use this form to inform us that you wish to withdraw from a booking or order made on our portals. Please provide your name, the booking or order number, and an email address for the confirmation of receipt. If you only wish to withdraw from part of your booking, please note this in the free text field.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email without delay. This confirms that your declaration has reached us, but it is not yet a decision on whether a statutory right of withdrawal applies. For services tied to a specific date or period — such as accommodation, ski tickets or dated experiences — this right is generally excluded. We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
