Insolvency protection

Travelers involved can contact this entity or, as the case may be, the responsible authority (Federal Ministry for Digitization and Business Location, Stubenring 1, 1010 Vienna) if services are denied due to the insolvency of Ötztal Tourismus.

Please note: This insolvency protection clause does not apply to contracts with parties other than Ötztal Tourismus, that can be fulfilled despite the insolvency of Ötztal Tourismus.
