55th Glacier Flea March
Description
High Alpine Hiking Competition from Obergurgl (1,930 m) to Vent (1,900 m). It counts as one of the special challenges for every alpine hiker. The traditional march takes its participants through the high alpine glacier world of the back Ötztal to the 3,200-meter high Ramoljoch – a crossing with a view of the surrounding mountain giants of the Ötztal. The route is well-marked (red hiking trail) with rope safety measures.
