From the parking lot in Köfels, you walk through the village, past the sawmill, and further into the forest. From there, follow the signs to Wurzbergalm. You walk on a forest road level for a while, then uphill for a bit, and straight ahead again through the forest. At a junction, you reach a hunting lodge, where you follow the wide path to the right. Finally, it goes slightly downhill to the already visible Wurzbergalm.

Public transport
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal train station. The final stop or exit point is ÖTZTAL station. Afterwards, you can conveniently and quickly travel by public transportation or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination.
