Description

SAUTENS -> Primary School Sautens -> Magic Forest -> SAUTENS

Map & elevation profile

SAUTENS -> Primary School Sautens -> Magic Forest -> SAUTENS

The starting point is at the primary school in Sautens (above the church). From there, you walk directly into the Magic Forest where you get to know the native animals and with a bit of magic, the children themselves become forest dwellers!

First, you meet animals such as the bee, the butterfly, or the ant. After the path across the meadows, it continues into the forest. Here, you encounter the woodpecker or the squirrel. At the end of the path, you reach a small playground; with little snow and warm temperatures, some equipment is also well playable in winter. The path after the playground leads back down to the starting point, the primary school.

Author's tip

Waterproof clothing is highly suitable for children. This way, stations like the squirrel parcours can also be played in winter.
