Highlights
RESTRICTIONS HIGH MUT CABLE CAR.
Due to construction work, the lower section (Mut Cable Car Section I) will not be in operation in summer 2026. The upper section (Hohe Mut Cable Car II) to the Hohe Mut Alm will operate as usual with slightly adjusted operating times.
Hiking Trail
A specially marked hiking trail leads you through the larch forest directly to the middle station (start of Hohe Mut Cable Car II).
Shuttle Buses
Town Center Obergurgl <-> Hohe Mut Cable Car Section II
- Operates daily from 9:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. at 20-minute intervals
- No shuttle service between 12:20 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.
Ticket Sales (Hohe Mut Cable Car Section II)
in the foyer of Gurgl Carat from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Last valley descent (Section II): daily 4:00 p.m.
