Map & elevation profile

The black ZAAHE LINE is built for all BIKE REPUBLIC RIDERS who want to go big – and really (!!!) master their bike: tables, jumps, rollers, and steep corners packed together!

[ʦaːhə] tough, arduous, enduring, tough to beat – in good Ötztal dialect: zaah. The ZAAHE LINE serves up concentrated airtime in BIKE REPUBLIC SÖLDEN. It is reserved for the tough girls and boys! With its solid drops, rollers, and steep corners, it demands quite some riding technique and a strong head too. The ZAAHE branches off from the TEÄRE LINE and merges back into it again and again.

Safety guidelines

The ZAAHE LINE is a black jumpline and reserved exclusively for truly skilled, confident, and very experienced riders.

In BIKE REPUBLIC SÖLDEN, it’s all about the shared fun of bike sport – no matter what riding level you have. Be considerate of each other and support one another. And behave equally respectfully towards all other people on the mountain and in the valley – and nature.

–> Stay on the paved and signposted paths. Do not ride over open meadows!

–> Avoid locking the rear wheel and thus help to preserve the trails.

–> Be considerate of animals & close the pasture gates. Cows can be on the trails and lines from time to time. Ride accordingly carefully and keep your distance!

Single trail difficulty

Very steep and difficult. Sections with large boulders and roots. Frequent loose debris. Very steep sections with very tight hairpin turns and high steps that will cause the chainring to hit the ground. Perfect bike control and trial skills required - only for pros.

At the middle station of the Gaislachkoglbahn, keep to the right and after about 150 m you reach the stone arch and the starting point of BIKE REPUBLIC SÖLDEN. At first, you follow the EEBME LINE (6005) to the entry of the TEÄRE LINE (6003), a cairn indicates the start of the flowtrail.
Immediately after the wallride of the TEÄRE LINE there is a resting place, the starting point of the ZAAHE LINE follows a few meters later. A cairn also indicates the start of the jumpline and after about 700 m the ZAAHE LINE merges back into the TEÄRE LINE.
