LÄNGENFELD/LEHN -> Stabelealm -> Innerbergalm -> WÖCKELWARTE

The hike begins in the district of Lehn, where the access to the Lehner Klettersteig is also located amidst larch forest. The well-passable path leads into the forest and shortens the forest road ascending in switchbacks. About halfway the trail crosses the Lehnbach stream. As soon as you leave the forest and wide meadows open up, Stabelealm comes into view. Our destination is now about 45 minutes away. On the way you also pass the Innerbergalm. Stopping at one of the huts is definitely worthwhile. Both offer excellent homemade cuisine. Refreshed, you reach the Hauerkamm, where a small hexagonal wooden hut, the Wöckelwarte, is located at the peak. From there you can let your view wander over Längenfeld.

Author's tip

The path, which starts in Längenfeld/Lehn, steadily ascends towards Stabelealm through dense forest. Once you have left this behind, the trail continues through meadows past Innerbergalm. At the peak of Hauerkamm, a small hexagonal pavilion (Wöckelwarte) has been erected, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view.
