The Tour
Vent (1,900 m) - Ramoljoch - Ramolhaus (3,005 m)
Moderately steep path through the stone pine forest. The Ramolalm is not managed.
From there, a steep ascent leads to the Ramoljoch (3,200 m) and then the descent over rocks to the Ramolferner
and further about 30 minutes on foot to the hut.
A sure head and secure footing are required!

The hut is open but currently not reachable from Vent due to snow conditions.

(At times steep) ascent from Vent via the Ramolalm - descent (ropes, iron steps) via the Ramoljoch onto the Ramolferner - across to the Ramolhaus.

Travel comfortably and safely by train to Ötztal station. The final stop or exit point is ÖTZTAL station. Afterwards, you can travel conveniently and quickly by public bus or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination! Vent is located in the west of Austria in the federal state of TIROL, in a southern side valley of the Inn valley - the ÖTZTAL. For your arrival by car, plan the optimal route from your home location with the route planner online right away: https://www.google.at/maps
Parking
In the mountaineering village of Vent, the following parking options are available.
- In summer, in front of the village (parking machine, coins or EC card only) and at the valley station of the chairlift (at the mountain railways cashier)
- In winter, only at the valley station of the chairlift.
