Description

VENT -> Sledding track Stablein -> PANORAMA RESTAURANT STABLEINALM

Map & elevation profile

VENT -> Sledding track Stablein -> PANORAMA RESTAURANT STABLEINALM

The starting point is in Vent at 1,900 m at the Rofen P9 junction. From there, we first walk 500 m along the ski slope - please keep to the side so that we do not disturb sledders and skiers.

After about 500 m, the path turns right and we first walk flatter, then steeper. Along the way, we repeatedly find cozy seating areas perfectly positioned to offer a magnificent view of the mountaineering village located in the valley basin.

After about an hour, the path then leads us into the valley and after just over half an hour we reach the Stablein mountain station at 2,354 m. This wonderful place offers an incredible view into the Rofen valley and the mighty Ötztal mountain world.

The sledding path Stablein is well prepared and a real experience for young and old. Especially recommended for families.

Sledding at your own risk! Please pay attention to safety barriers.

Author's tip

Recommended: a round trip with the 6-seater chairlift Wildes Mannle at 2,646 m.
