You take the Acherkogel cable car up to Hochoetz. From the mountain station, the forest path leads slightly downhill to the left to the Kühtaile Alm. Passing the WIDI playground "Kristallwasser," you cross the small stream and reach the hut after a short walk. The path is wide and also suitable for wheelchairs with electric assistance and strollers. Duration: about 30 minutes

The Kühtaile Alm was built in Canadian log cabin style and fits perfectly into the alpine landscape.

    Alternative hiking routes:

A slightly longer walk leads past the family adventure land WIDIVERSUM and to the viewpoint Rotes Wandl. Duration: about 45 minutes

Ascent from Ochsengarten along the forest path about 1.5 hours.
