The new Grantau-Wichtel children's toboggan run guarantees sledding fun for young and old.
Directly next to the iced natural toboggan run Grantau is the new Grantau-Wichtel children's toboggan run, opened this winter season. The run is approx. 190 meters long and offers perfect sliding and sledding fun. The children's toboggan run has a separate ascent path, a proper starting area (with a bar), and an uphill section at the end to make stopping easier.
The children's toboggan run is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free of charge. There is no sled rental on site.

Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal station. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL train station. Afterwards, you can conveniently and quickly continue by public transport or local taxi services throughout the entire valley to your desired destination! Directions
The car trip to ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the ÖTZTAL branches off southwards as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Travelers arriving by car take the route through the Inn Valley to the valley entrance and further along the Ötztal. In addition to the toll motorway, country roads can also be used. Your trip can be quickly and conveniently planned with the route planner.
