The starting point is at the Längenfeld Sports Center. At the beginning, the trail runs through the swimming pool area (biathlon possibility) and then through meadows and a small wooded area to the Ötztaler Ache river. After crossing the bridge, the route continues flat towards Oberried and returns to the starting point.

After a round on the cross-country ski trail, you can relax wonderfully at the Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
