The Tour
LÄNGENFELD -> Espan -> WINKLEN
The flat trail runs from the Längenfeld sports center along a short woodland over fields to Oberrieder Straße, which is crossed. The trail then follows the right side of the Ache along an idyllic birch forest to the hamlet of Dorf-Espan and further to Winklen/Au.
After a round on the cross-country ski trail, you can relax wonderfully in the Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.

The car trip to ÖTZTAL

- Cross-country ski boots - precise fit, should provide firm support and fit snugly
- Clothing - functional underwear with long arms and legs, special running tights and tight pants, water-repellent and breathable jacket recommended
- Gloves should ensure a firm grip and optimal pole control
