The Area 47 is about 3 km away from the house. There, many action-packed activities such as (rafting tours, canyoning, wake school, wakeboarding, flying fox & mega swing, etc.) can be booked. The rafting school "Wassercraft" is about 200 m from the house, where various outdoor activities are also offered.
Right at the house begins the approximately 50 km long Ötztal Cycle Path. This path leads through the entire Ötztal to Sölden at 1,377 m.
Discover the unique mountain world of the Ötztal Alps here, through various hikes in the Hochötz hiking and alpine region (about 3 km), as well as on a hike to the romantic Piburger See (about 3 km).

Check-in: from 3.00 pm on / Check-out: 08.00 - 11.00 am
Directions: autobahn exit Ötztal - continue for ca. 2 km to Ambach - turn right at the bus stop - continue for ca. 100 m, you find our house on the left (behind Gasthof Ambach).
