Our holiday home is about 200 m above the center of Längenfeld in the hamlet of Burgstein at an altitude of 1500 meters. The container house was built from 14 modular containers and stands on 4 concrete pillars high up on the sun-kissed plateau. Large windows and open construction design with all around balcony open up great vistas and uninterrupted views of the surrounding peaks higher than 3000 meters. The free skibus takes you to the top ski areas within Ötztal. All hiking trails start right on your front door and the suspension bridge is about 15 walking minutes from our holiday home.

Arrival information

Exclusive: Local tax
Deposit: Euro 250,-- to be paid in cash upon arrival. Upon departure, you will receive the deposit back in cash, provided there are no damages or heavy soiling.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
