Our country house Waldesruh is located in a small settlement at the entrance to the Ötztal at an altitude of about 730 m and is accessible by car year-round. The town center of Oetz is about 3.5 km away, and the valley station of the Hochoetz ski area is 4.3 km away. The free ski bus stops about 300 m away. In summer, Area 47 can be reached with a 20-minute walk.
Starting in December 2026, our guests at Landhaus Waldesruh can enjoy the panorama wellness area at Hotel Marko (Oberfeldweg 13, 6433 Oetz, about 5 minutes by car) free of charge. The changing rooms are located directly in the wellness area on the 3rd floor. You can expect a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared loungers, a relaxation room, and a 6m2 indoor pool with whirlpool loungers.

Coming from the A13 motorway on the Ötztal federal road towards Oetz until the village of Brunau. - Turn right off the Ötztal federal road at the first village entrance before the bus stop. - In the middle of the village is our country house.
