In summer, our house makes a perfect starting point for cycling and mountain biking tours, myriad walks, hikes and excursions - the swimming lake, the Ötzi Village, the Bird of Prey Park and Tirol’s biggest waterfall – Stuiben Falls – can be found in the immediate vicinity. Even in winter, a huge number of winter hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks and the ice skating rink are easy to reach. The free skibus shuttle takes you to all Ötztal top ski areas. Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct trains to Ötztal-Bahnhof, from there directly by bus every half hour to the stop Umhausen Gh Andreas Hofer. The stop is only about 350 m from the accommodation. All information about travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
