Arrival information
Check In: from 4.00 pm / Check Out: until 9.30 am
(If you arrive after 7.00 pm, please inform us in advance so that we can leave your key in the key box)
Reception opening hours: every day from 07:30 am to 15:00 pm
Directions: drive through the village of Oetz - after approx. 790 meters you will find our holiday house on the left side of the main road, right in front of the pharmacy.

Included: Wi-Fi, a video-monitored garage space per unit directly by the house, video-monitored bike or ski room with ventilated locker, starter set for the capsule coffee machine, towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, and a baby bed on request. Changing and storage room are available to you on the day of arrival and departure; on departure day, you can still shower in case of a late departure.
Included in summer: free upgrade to the Summer Card - more fun, more adventure, more vacation! Many recreational facilities such as summer mountain railways, swimming pools, public transportation, museums, etc. are INCLUDED in the room price starting from the 2nd day of vacation.
