Our newly renovated apartment house Living Apart Anita is located in a quiet area, right by the Ötztaler Ache.
During the winter months (from December 2025), the sauna is included in the price.
The center of Oetz with restaurants, shops, sports stores, and much more can be reached in about a 3-minute walk. The Hochoetz cable cars are at the end of the village of Oetz, about 1 km away from us - ski bus stop directly in front of our house.
The water sports paradise AREA 47 is only about 4 km away. In Hochoetz, the Widiversum invites our little guests to hike, explore, and marvel.

Arrival information
Check In: 16:00 p.m. / Check Out: 10:00 a.m.
Directions: Drive through the village towards Längenfeld. Make a right in front of the M-Preis supermarket towards Piburg. Continue for about 200 m. The Living Apart Anita is located on the left.
