Personal contact with our guests is very important to us. Our farm is located in the mountain village of Niederthai on a sunny plateau at 1550 m altitude. It towers high above the Ötztal valley and can be found in close vicinity to the popular Stuiben Falls. In the winter, a practice ski lift, a lovely cross-country ski track and the snow-covered winter wonderland are right in front of our guesthouse. In summer, you can enjoy the sunbathing lawn, garden and barbecue facilities. Walking trails, mountain hiking routes or challenging peak conquests await you as well.

Arrival information
Check In: 2.00 pm / Check Out: 10.00 am
Directions: on Ötztal federal road to Umhausen - turn left at the "Kapferer" car dealer - turn right after about 100 m and follow the rising road to Niederthai (approx. 7 km). In Niederthai you drive past the church and turn right after the information office - follow the road for about 100 meters - then turn right again. Our house is located between Schmittehof and Gruebe-Hof.
