House has a fully equiped kitchen and is prepared with only white bed sheets like in the pictures. Also each person gets 2 towels.

The famous Thermal Spa "Aqua Dome" is just 5-7 minutes walking distance from home! The best restaurants in town are nearby (1 to 5 minutes away). Sport shop is also 2 minutes away. And the supermarkets are M-Preis (1 minute), Spar (3 minutes).
The bus station is 2 minutes far from the house (if you arrive by bus or by train). Ski-bus to Sölden you take just across the street 5 seconds from home!

Have a intimate house with large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms at the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms, sofa lounge and terraces are at the first floor. There is also a wooden hut to store skis, bikes and others. Also free smart TV and internet. The house is suitable for 6 adults or 4 adults with 4 children.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
