Our house, awarded 4 Edelweiß, offers you a warm atmosphere and genuine Tyrolean hospitality – you will feel "at home" from the very first moment. We are particularly proud of our farm-fresh milk, which is delivered directly to the house daily – natural, regional, and wonderfully tasty. Those who wish to experience farm life up close are warmly invited to help out in the barn: our cows and cats are looking forward to loving visitors and petting hands – a special experience for both young and old. The sunny high plateau of Niederthai at 1,550 m is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain tours in the Ötztal Alps. In winter, Niederthai delights as a perfect skiing area for children and beginners – lifts and ski schools are in close proximity and are already included with the Niederthai Card. Right in front of the house, cross-country skiing fans will find access to one of the most beautiful cross-country ski trails in Tyrol, complete with skating track.

Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof from there directly by bus every half hour to the bus stop Umhausen Feuerwehr (approx. 7 km from Niederthai).
