Our house Filomena is located in the historic center of Oetz. Just a few steps away from cozy cafés, restaurants, small shops, and the village square, you will live centrally yet peacefully – ideal for experiencing the Ötztal in all its facets.

The Acherkogel cable car is in close proximity and takes you directly to the Hochoetz ski area, which impresses in winter with its varied slopes and in summer with beautiful hiking trails. The idyllic Piburger See, one of the most beautiful natural lakes in Tyrol, is just a few minutes away and invites you to swim, stroll, or enjoy the untouched nature.
