Our Dahuam, modernly built with floor-to-ceiling windows and light-filled rooms, accommodates 6-8 people. The open living area with a fireplace invites cozy evenings, and spacious terraces along with a lovingly designed garden with sun loungers are ideal for outdoor relaxation. In summer, you can end the day at the barbecue area with a large dining table.
Numerous recreational opportunities await in the immediate vicinity: ski resorts, hiking trails, Piburger See, Area 47, Aqua Dome, and much more. The Dahuam house is the perfect starting point for those who want to explore the Ötztal and spend unforgettable days in nature.

Bedroom 4 with double bed (140 cm wide) and private terrace; separate WC
Outdoor area: terrace with large dining table and garden with grill and sun loungers
Upper Floor - 3 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, walk-in closet, private bath with shower and WC, private terrace;
Bedroom 2 with double bed, TV, and balcony;
Bedroom 3 with double bed and single bed, TV, balcony;
Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC
Visitor Tax:
Prices exclude visitor tax.

In the basement there is a small apartment that is rented separately. The apartment is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance and garden.
