Our house is located on the sunny high plateau Niederthai at 1550 metres above sea level and is the perfect starting point for your adventures and at the same time invites you to relax. Right next door is our café - where our guests are spoilt with homemade cakes and Tyrolean cuisine - our Niederthai ski school and our Grüner sports shop. The latter offers a wide range of sports equipment for various activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, e-bikes and much more).

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international train direct connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof, from there directly by bus at half-hour intervals to the stop Umhausen Feuerwehr (about 7 km from Niederthai). All information on travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
