Winter Wonderland in the Mountains
Our house is the perfect starting point for countless winter hikes through the snowy Tyrolean landscape. Two toboggan runs are nearby, one of which is just a 15-minute walk away and leads directly to the Piburger See. This natural gem transforms into a sparkling ice surface in winter – perfect for ice skating when the temperatures are cold enough.
For ski enthusiasts, numerous ski resorts in the area offer endless winter fun. The Hochoetz-Kühtai ski area is easily accessible with a free shuttle that departs directly from our house, operating twice daily to and from the slopes.

Check-in: 02.00 p.m. / Check-out: 10.00 a.m.
Directions: Arrived in Sautens - at the bus stop turn right - turn left at Gasthof Post into the street Oberhof and drive about 267 m straight - then turn left into the Haderlehnerstraße - after another 615 m sharp right - follow the road for approx. 1 km - then you will find us on the left side.
