Our lovely holiday house Tirol in Umhausen combines both history and precious moments among family and friends. Built in 1965 and renovated with love to the detail, we have created a little gem amidst the unique Alpine landscape. Discover a unique holiday paradise in summer and winter alike. Our house is rated with 4 Edelweiß and makes a great holiday base in Umhausen at only 5 walking minutes from the following attractions: Birds of Prey Park, Stuiben Falls, swimming lake, restaurants, village center, etc.
The garden features a comfy seating lounge, BBQ facilities (charcoal or gas grill on request) and a small playground with trampoline (available from March onwards - weather permitting).

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof from there directly by bus every half hour to the bus stop Umhausen - Feuerwehr. Exclusive for children: The "Erlebnisstodl" - Adventure.Experience.Area. is a creative room for crafting and painting, a gym area with bouldering section, and a playroom with Playmobil and Lego (for children aged 0 - 8 years). In the lower area, there is a small indoor space for gymnastics, soccer playing, or a game of table tennis. The area is a 2-minute walk away and must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).

The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
