Due to the elevation, we are the optimal starting point for many hiking, mountain, cycling, and ski tours. The free ski bus takes you to the top ski areas of the Ötztal (Ochsengarten, Kühtai, Oetz, Sölden, and Gurgl). The mountain railways in Oetz offer fantastic conditions for families and sports enthusiasts in both winter and summer (with the Widiversum), just like Area 47. You will find shops, restaurants, bakeries, and more in the town center of Oetz (approximately 5 km).

Arrival information
Check-In: from 3:00 PM / Check-Out: until 11:00 AM
Arrival: Through the village of Oetz, take the second exit at the roundabout towards Kühtai, follow the road for about 3.7 km . We are the second house on the left side.
