Our self-catering house in a breathtaking ambience, offers 2 large apartments and a small hostel with dormitory for self-catering.
The river Inn is on our doorstep, a popular access and exit point for trend sports such as kayaking and river rafting through the famous "Imst Gorge" and on the "Ötztaler Ache" mountain brook. Thanks to our in-house outdoor sports base it's also possible to book exciting adventure tours directly here with us! The access and exit point of the renowned Geierwand climbing and via ferrata paradise can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The Inntal Cycle Path connected to the Ötztal Cycle Trail also runs past our front door!
In winter, several ski areas offer pure snow and fun galore in the immediate vicinity. The valley of Ötztal, Pitztal, Kaunertal and Stanzertal can be reached within 10-30 driving minutes. Therefore we make an ideal starting point for ski mountaineering tours, snowshoe hikes, toboggan run adventures and sunny winter walks.

Check-in: from 4.00 pm on / Check-out: til 9.00 am
Directions: A12 autobahn - exit: Haiming - on B171 federal road, direction Innsbruck - continue for approx. 2.5 km until the fork-off to Haiming - through the village center, direction Magerbach - after bridge over the river Inn you turn right - the third house on the left side.
Additional information
Included: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen and towels, sun terrace and lawn, barbecue area and fire pit, shower facilities, our grilling area is available to our guests at any time! After use, the barbecue area must be cleaned and left tidy!
As a "Bike Homes" partner, we meet the Ötztal Bike criteria such as locked bike storage, washing facilities for bikes and bike clothing, bike repair stand, and repair tools, as well as all bike information and tips on-site.
Exclusive: local tax
Breakfast can be booked additionally in the neighboring house! Pets (only in the apartments) are available for a fee upon request! Laundry service available for a fee! Deposit: € 200.00 per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages or heavy soiling.
Miscellaneous: House guests receive discounted tickets for the AQUA DOME - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
