Sustainable travel tip: By daily international direct train connections to Ötztal Station, from there take the bus every half hour to the Längenfeld Runhof stop (about 2 km from Burgstein). All information on travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
Traveling by car: Approximately 2 km to Längenfeld, turn left at the Runhof district and follow the mountain road - which can only be driven in winter with winter tires and, in snowy conditions, with snow chains - to Burgstein for about 2.5 km. During the winter season (mid/end of December to around Easter), the free ski bus (3 times daily) can also be used. Please take the second entrance on the left right at the beginning of the village - our house is located at the end of the street.
