Our holiday home nestles on a sunny Alpine plateau at 1550 m above the village of Umhausen. Niederthai stands for peace, relaxation and quiet at all times of the year. Some of Tirol's most scenic cross-country skiing tracks (incl. skating track) start right on our doorstep, as well as splendid hiking trails in summer. The ski lifts and ski school can be found at a few walking minutes. In summer you can choose from varied serviced mountain huts and quaint inns spread over the Alpine hiking area. Swimming lake, outdoor pools, mountain lifts, fun park for kids, via ferrata routes are within a few kilometers.

Check-in: 02.00 p.m. / Check-out: 10.00 a.m.
Directions: In Niederthai, go past the church - turn right at the tourist information - straight on towards Hotel Falknerhof - straight on about 400 m. Our house is situated on the right side.
