You will find a large food store in the immediate vicinity and further shopping facilities and restaurants in the village center. The top ski areas of Sölden and Gurgl are approx. 20/30 km away, the family-friendly ski area of Hochoetz only about 9 km. Cross-country skiing get together in the mountain village of Niederthai which nestles on a sunny plateau at about 7 km from our guesthouse.
In summer, the Ötzi Village, the Birds of Prey Park, Umhausen's swimming lake as well as countless hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails and a superb climbing garden await you in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival information
Tip for sustainable travel: Via daily international train direct connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof, from there directly by bus every half hour to the Umhausen Feuerwehr stop. The stop is only about 950 m from the accommodation. All information about travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
