The Ötztal bike path as well as many hiking and mountain tours start right at the doorstep, and only 4 km away are all shops, restaurants, and the AQUA DOME – the Tyrolean thermal spa Längenfeld. With the free ski bus (about 50 m from the house) all top ski and cross-country skiing areas of the Ötztal are accessible. In summer, we are partners of the Summer Card - from early June to mid-October, all leisure facilities in the Ötztal are included in the price from the second day of vacation.

Arrival information
