The spacious apartment 69 (approximately 90 m²) is equipped as follows: two cozy double rooms, each with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen-living area (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) with dining area and sofa, as well as an inviting Swedish stove that provides comforting warmth on cold days. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, complemented by a separate toilet. A basement compartment with a washing machine and storage room offers additional comfort. The terrace features a wonderful view of the Ötztal – ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

The apartment 69 can, of course, also be booked in combination with studio 69. This way, a vacation for up to 6 people can be planned in the same house.

Cozy studio apartment (approx. 20 m²) on the ground floor. The living and sleeping area features a practical kitchenette, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. The bathroom offers a shower and a toilet. Additional comfort is provided by a cellar compartment with a washing machine, ski boot dryer, as well as a practical storage room.

The Studio 69 can, of course, also be booked in combination with Apartment 69. This way, a vacation for up to 6 people can be planned in the same house.
