Our newly built apartment house Waldesruh in Ochsengarten, at an altitude of 1,542 meters, is situated in the mountains, with the Ochsengarten/Hochoetz ski area right at the doorstep - here, freedom and relaxation can be experienced anew. Ski-in & Ski-out! The Ochsengarten valley descent leads directly to the front door. In summer, numerous hiking trails pass right by the house or are in close proximity. Ochsengarten offers the charm of a mountain landscape. Numerous excursion destinations, such as Piburger See, the Stuibenfall, and the famous AREA 47, can be reached in about 20 - 30 minutes by car. The IDEAL starting point for YOUR vacation.
Starting December 2026, guests of the Waldesruh apartment will have access to the panoramic wellness area at Hotel Marko (Oberfeldweg 13, 6433 Oetz, about 5 minutes by car) included. The changing rooms are located directly in the wellness area on the 3rd floor. You can look forward to a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared loungers, relaxation room, and a 6m2 indoor pool with bubble loungers.

Directions: from Oetz in the direction of Kühtai - Gasthof Waldesruh *** is located on the left side in the center of Ochsengarten - ample free parking available directly at the guesthouse!
