Our modern, hillside house "Apart Andrea" is located approx. 2.5 km above Längenfeld on the sunny Burgstein plateau. Relax and take a deep breath in the great outdoors with a marvellous panoramic view of the Ötztal mountains. Numerous hiking and mountain tours start right on our doorstep. You can reach our house via a narrow, challenging mountain road, which in winter is only passable with winter tyres and in wintry conditions with snow chains. During the winter season (mid/end of December to Easter) you are also welcome to use the free taxi (journey time 3 times a day). In winter, the top ski and cross-country skiing centres of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area) can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car or with the free ski bus (5 minutes' walk), or enjoy the Aqua-Dome, the Tirol Therme (10 minutes' drive from the house and with reduced admission) in Längenfeld.

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international train direct connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof, from there directly by bus every half hour to the Längenfeld Runhof stop (about 2 km from Burgstein). All information on travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
Arrival by car: After about 2 km to Längenfeld, turn left at the Runhof district and follow the mountain road - which can only be driven on in winter with winter tires and, under wintry conditions, with snow chains - for about 2.5 km to Burgstein. In the winter season (mid/end of December to Easter), you can also take advantage of the free taxi service (3 times daily). After the first houses, cross the bridge, follow the road, and turn right at the Hotel Burgstein and continue on the road. The Apart Andrea is located after a sharp curve above the road on the right side.
