Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international train direct connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof and then directly by bus every half hour to the stop Sautens Dorf. The stop is only about 650 m from the accommodation. All information on travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise

Deposit: Additionally, a deposit is required: EUR 150 per stay. After your booking, you will receive the rental agreement from the landlord, along with an invoice detailing the total price and other payment details. The deposit amount will be refunded after the landlord has determined that the holiday apartment has been left in good condition.
Other: As a nature park partner, you can enjoy free hikes in summer & winter.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
