Here's what to expect:
In a 3-hour workshop, we will explore the herbs of our alpine pastures and processing methods: recognizing plants, responsibly harvesting, and creatively processing them into salt, dip, focaccia (including tasting) as well as care products.
There is the option to be taken by shuttle from the Ochsengartenbahn to the Balbachalm.
