MARTIN BUSCH HUT - MARZELLKAMM

From the Martin Busch Hut above the Niederjochbach to the bridge, gently ascending around the foot of the Marzellkamm. After 20 minutes of walking, turn right and climb steep switchbacks up to the Marzellkamm. Follow it along to the highest point. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the crevasse-rich Marzell Glacier.

Reservation of the hut sleeping places is necessary!

The Marzellkamm is only recommended for sure-footed and experienced mountaineers!

Public transit

Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal train station. The final stop or exit point is ÖTZTAL station. Then you can travel conveniently and quickly with public transport or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination! Getting there

The drive into the ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the Ötztal branches off to the south as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Traveling by car takes visitors over the Inn Valley to the valley entrance and then along the Ötztal. Besides the toll highway, country roads can also be used. Parking

In the mountaineering village Vent, the following parking options are available to you.

- In summer, in front of the village (parking meter, coins or EC card only) and at the valley station of the chairlift (at the mountain railways ticket office)

- In winter, only at the valley station of the chairlift.
