From the Stableinalm, walk towards the Breslauer Hut. At the Rofenkar Bridge below the hut, follow the signpost Sonnbergweg to the right.
From the Wilder Mann mountain station, turn directly right.
You first walk over soft grass, then over rocky, once rope-secured terrain up to the junction of the Höhenweg Tiefenbachgletscher. From there you walk via the beautiful hiking trail to Vent.
