The Tour
PARKING LOT KÖFELS->sawmill->hunting hut->WURZBERGALM
From the parking lot in Köfels, you walk through the village, past the sawmill, and further into the forest. From there, follow the signs to Wurzbergalm. You walk on a flat forest road, then a bit uphill, and then straight on through the forest again. At a fork in the path, you come across a hunting hut, where you follow the wide hiking trail to the right. Finally, it goes slightly downhill to the already visible Wurzbergalm.

Travel comfortably and safely by train to Ötztal station. The final stop or exit point is ÖTZTAL station. Afterwards, you can conveniently and quickly travel through the entire valley to your desired destination by public transport or local taxi companies! The car trip to ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the Ötztal branches off to the south as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Traveling by car takes visitors over the Inn valley to the valley entrance and further along the Ötztal. In addition to the toll motorway, country roads can also be used. The parking lot is subject to fees from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is operated year-round.
