A family-run Alpine hut – one of the most beautiful vantage points in the Ötztal valley. Cosy sun terrace and Tyrolean style guest lounges. Customs and traditions are a priority here. The special attractions, especially for the younger guests, include various animal species (cows, calves, hens, goats, cats).
The Kneipphäusl at the Bishop Square in Umhausen is an ideal destination in the Ötztal, whether as a walker or just passing through on the Timmelsjoch to or from South Tyrol. Well worth a visit in the quaint, cozy room, lovingly constructed from a 200 year old farm barn in Tyrolean style.
The kitchen offers Tyrolean fare, Ötztal delicacies, fresh - homemade apple strudel, ice cream, and much more.

The Salomon Station is located directly at the Rettenbach-glacier and is known as the hot spot of Sölden!
There are also frequently events held at the Salomon Station.

And after a beautiful sporty day you can end the day on a cozy note at the Station Bar. Take the chance and catch an unforgettable view through the giant-panaroma window over the Ötztaler mountains. The Kristall Bar covers an entire floor high above the terrace of the Hochoetz Panorama Restaurant. Gourmands are pampered in a stylish atmosphere with uninterrupted views of Ötztal's mountain scenery.
High-quality, old rustic wood in combination with modern materials provide the very special character of this restaurant with table service, gallery and adjacent lounge area. In summery temperatures, both the roof and the window parts can be opened on one side. Additional seats outside invite you to enjoy sunbathing with a view. The integrated outdoor stage offers an ideal platform for varied entertainment programs within the Hochoetz hiking area.
The Sulztalalm is located at an altitude of 1,915 m. From the parking area in Gries the path leads through meadows to the "Vögelasbrücke" at first. Continue the path to Sulztalalm at a slight hikingtrail trough the forest. (Approx. 1,5 h walking time)
After a refreshment with good homemade meals you can continue the hike to Ambergerhütte. (1 h walking time)
A warm welcome to the Bergzauber in Sölden. You can expect a warm and romantic cabin atmosphere. The hut is located directly on the Gaislachkogl valley run and is an après-ski haunt for winter skiers and close to the panorama trail for hikers and pedestrians.
