In Köfels, a small mountain village towering above Umhausen, you enjoy absolute peace on our sun terrace or in your room offering magnificent views of the Ötztal mountains. In summer, the hiking area is right outside the front door. In winter, we our shuttle bus takes you to the skibus stops in the valley: from there shuttles are running to the Hochoetz family ski area or Sölden.

Arrival information
Check-in:2:00-08:00pm/check-out:7:30-10:00am
Follow the main road in the direction of Längenfeld- approx. 3 km after Umhausen you turn right at the fork to KÖFELS - then follow the mountain road to Köfels (about 3km)-to our little mountain village Köfels. Our house is located on the slope on the left side.
IN WINTER snow chains for the road to Köfels have to be carried along at all times!

As a nature park partner, you can enjoy free hiking during summer & winter.

No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
