On the upper floor, you will find a wellness suite with sleeping, sitting/living area, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, and en-suite bathroom - including a bathtub and shower! - as well as a furnished loggia.

The living area is equipped with Tirolean tiled stove, sitting area, kitchenette (including sink and stove), couch and satellite TV. Shower, separate WC also located on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms. There is a second WC. Bed linen, towels, cookware and tableware are provided.
