The Villa 22 is the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation right in untouched nature next to a nature reserve, the “Piburger See” (5 minutes on foot) in summer and a gateway to the ski resorts of Ötz and Sölden in winter. In summer, the adjacent forest offers all possibilities (hiking, mushroom picking) for relaxation, and the nearby recreational opportunities provide pure fun.

The house is built in a beautiful spot in Tyrolean style. The view of the mountain peak “Acherkogel” with a height of around 3,000 m enchants even the locals. The tranquility and silence of the pristine nature invite you to indulge.
