In summer, it's the starting point for extensive mountain biking tours, and in winter, there is a bus stop next to our house for the free ski bus to Sölden - the concentrated power of Tyrol, a ski area of superlatives only 12 km away.

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal train station, from there directly by bus every half hour to the Längenfeld Abzw Aqua Dome stop.
