Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof from there directly by bus every half hour to the bus stop Umhausen - Feuerwehr. This bus stop is only approx. 100 m from the accomodation. All information on how to get here: www.oetztal.com/getting-here-sustainably

Included for children: play area in the house with play kitchen, Lego Duplo, various toys for small children, books & toy collection. There is a small football pitch, a ground trampoline and a playground with playhouse, slide and sandpit just a few minutes' walk from the house. This area can also be used by our guests from the Ban Brösign & Ferienhaus Tirol holiday homes.

Exclusively for children: The ‘Erlebnisstodl’ - adventure.experience.realm. is a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, football or a game of table tennis. The area must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).
Other: We are partners of the AQUA DOME - Tirol Therme Längenfeld, Ötzi-Dorf & Greifvogelpark Umhausen - you will receive discounted tickets.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
