In winter for skiing to Hochötz-4km away, Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl (free bus in winter, stop 5 minutes walk from the house), tobogganing, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring and much more. In summer our house is in the immediate vicinity of the area 47, from Lake Piburg, the Ötztal-Inntal cycle path and numerous mountain and hiking trails. Restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores (2km), doctors and pharmacies (4km) are also a short distance away.

Directions: Autobahn exit Ötztal - towards Ötztal valley - at the entrance to the valley you turn right before you reach the hamlet of Ambach - straight ahead - Neu Ambach

Exclusive: resort tax; W-Lan with charge €20,- per stay
Deposit: € 200,00 per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages.
Please note we are a non-smoking house.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
