Arrival information
Check-in: from 4-9 p.m., check-out: until 10 a.m.
Route: Drive on the Ötztal federal road (B186) to the district of Au. Turn right in front of the Hotel Bergwelt. Follow the road until you can turn right behind the bus stop. At the next junction, turn right again twice. Follow the road that goes off to the right at the top. Your apartment is on the right.
Additional information
Included: Wi-Fi, 1 parking space per apartment, bed linen, towels, spices, cleaning supplies, Sodastream.
Excluded: local tax, roll service, trust kiosk, contributions for delicacies (if desired), e-charging station (260 m away).
Other: discounted AQUA DOME entrance tickets for guests.
Deposit: € 200 per apartment, in cash, via PayPal (friends) or bank transfer; refund after departure and handover within 7 days.
After booking, you will receive a personal confirmation and a digital guest folder with all important information and tips for your stay.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax until 01.11.2025: EUR 4.00 | from 1.11.2025: EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
